The fourth book-manual, "FUTSAL from A to Z," is aimed at athletes aged 14 to 15. At this stage, they are no longer children, but young athletes who, with the right dedication and enthusiasm, stand at the threshold of their sporting careers.The fourth book builds on and expands on the first three: the first is aimed at children aged 6 to 9, the second at children aged 10 to 11 and the third is designed for children aged 12 to 13.It is divided into six main chapters, which follow each other systematically: the first chapter serves as an introduction, followed by the second chapter on technique, the third chapter is devoted to tactics – defense (PRESSING, PRESURE, DEFENSE IN THE EVENT OF A COUNTER-ATTACK, DEFENSE WITH LESS PLAYERS, DEFENSE AGAINST A FIELD GOAL etc), attack (PLAYING WITH A GOALKEEPER IN THE BOX, MULTI-PLAYER ATTACK, COUNTERATTACK – TRANSITION, SYSTEM 4-0, SYSTEM 2-2, SYSTEM 3-1, EXIT FROM PRESSING AND PRESSURE etc), the fourth chapter focuses on conditioning, followed by the fifth chapter which discusses the psychology of sport, the sixth chapter is devoted to training and the seventh chapter concludes the manual.The manual is enriched with drawings (over 100), pictures, exercises (over 60), tips for coaches and practical training demonstrations.Without technical knowledge we cannot teach tactics. The manual places a strong emphasis on defensive and offensive tactics, recognizing their interdependence within the game. That is why in our sport, players are both defenders and attackers. The development of the game alternately sets the conditions for each team, both for defense and attack. These two essential things in the game alternate. And that is tactics.The manual serves as an indispensable resource for futsal coaches providing them with everything they need for effective futsal training.
